When CRT, Realtors® opened its door, we were, and still are, excited to redefine real estate.  We choose to lead with out of the box ideas—welcome challenges, take risks, & always choose to do what is best for those who help us be the best brokerage in Ohio.  For the past 7 years, CRT, Realtors® has connected with the homeowners of Central Ohio communities. Our passion for real estate has resonated. We have humbly serviced over 750 million dollars in Columbus Ohio real estate & we are home to many incredible & accomplished agents/brokers.

BROKER & OWNER

Jeremy Pape is the Broker & owner of CRT, Realtors®. He opened CRT, Realtors® in 2015 and has multiple locations in Central Ohio. Jeremy has served on the Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors, MLS Board of Directors, Grievance Committee.  Currently serving on Broker Advisory Council, and Professional Standards. He served on the 2019 CEO Search Committee, holds the Certified Real Estate Mentor (CREM) designation and is a current member of the Independent Brokers Association. Jeremy has received numerous awards including Columbus Realtors® Lifetime Achievement Award, Broker of the Year 2020, CORPAC Golden R, CORPAC Honor Society, and the Prestige Award (formerly the 25 Million Dollar Sales Award). In addition, he has earned Ohio Realtors® (OAR) Tomorrow’s Leaders of Today Award, Gahanna Best Business Award, and the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Business Award. For the past six years, Jeremy has served as captain of CRT’s Peloton team, raising over $97,000 for cancer research through Pelotonia rides and his company’s annual charity golf scramble. In his free time he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, boating, DIY projects, and spending time with his wife and kids. Jeremy and his family reside in New Albany.
